Good business supports the greater good. That's why Work
with Ease has pollinated its business activities with
philanthropic endeavors, a concept called social
entrepreneurship. It involves a strong commitment to
building a better society, as well as building a profitable
business. It's a core tenet of our vision.
With careful thought and intent, we've constructed a viable,
mission-oriented business model that couples not-for-profit
and for-profit elements. We hope other businesses will
follow suit and we're eager to share how it can be done.
Currently, businesses around the globe are in this very
conversation. Join us.

Programs We Currently Support
Below you'll find information about the programs we are
currently involved in as volunteers, sponsors, donors or
consultants.
Freedom from Hunger
Freedom from Hunger brings innovative and sustainable
self-help solutions to the fight against chronic hunger and
poverty. Together with local partners, we equip families
with resources they need to build futures of health, hope
and dignity.
Seva Foundation
In the vision that inspires Seva's work in the world, health
is not simply the elimination of disease; it is a condition
of wholeness and freedom of being. At the heart of Seva's
vision is a growing perception that western technology and
skills must be used in ways that are sustainable and that
can be shared with those who do not have access to capital
and resources. We call this compassionate capitalism.
Spirit Rock Meditation Center
Spirit Rock Meditation Center is dedicated to the practice
of mindful awareness, called Insight or Vipassana
Meditation, is at the heart of all the activities at Spirit
Rock. The Center hosts a full program of ongoing classes,
daylong, and residential retreats in Marin County.
Young Women Social Entrepreneurs (YWSE)
YWSE provides an environment in which young women social
entrepreneurs’ visions and goals are affirmed, supported,
promoted, and propelled. Young women social entrepreneurs
have vision and ambition, but are challenged by lack of
support from mentors and peers, lack of access to resources,
and lack of training in the skills necessary to manage high
impact projects and organizations.
