This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to
excel in a Marketing Assistant position for Work with Ease.
We work with clients to create profitable, sustainable
organizations that honor the human spirit along with the

We are seeking someone who would like to be part of a
forward-thinking organization. In this position, your main
goal will be to create and implement innovative marketing
campaigns for our programs.
Specifics
Review, contribute to and implement the
2008 Marketing Plan
Implement direct mail campaign targeting
socially responsible organizations
Research new markets that would benefit
from our programs
Dialogue with existing client base
through surveys, emails and focus groups to
identify new program direction and find
additional ways to provide stellar client
service
Develop client case studies, white
papers and marketing collateral
Identify and schedule speaking
opportunities in US and New Zealand
Coordinate tradeshow budget, calendar
and logistics in US and New Zealand
Create relationships with like-minded
organizations to build alliances
Qualifications
Highly motivated, positive and
energetic; Self-starter that enjoys the
marketing process
Understanding of marketing
communications process with a holistic,
integrative approach
Excellent communication skills; Enjoys
connecting with people on the phone and in
person
Capable of working toward measurable
objectives and celebrating success
Commitment to assisting companies in
being profitable and sustainable
Desire to have fun, laugh a lot and
truly make a difference
Fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint
and Excel) and basic html web editor
(desired but not required)
Experience with yoga or meditation would be wonderful, not
required but it is an integral component of our programs and
would be great if you do (if not, we can share information
with you)
This position ranges from 15 to 20 hours per week and is
located in the North Shore/Auckland area. About 50% of the
work can be completed virtually (you can work remotely from
your home office). It's important to feel comfortable
working as part of a virtual organization and not to need
the office scene. The schedule will be mutually determined.
Compensation

Business Development Associates - Part Time

established training company offering consulting and
training in the US and Australasia. We work with clients to
create profitable, sustainable organizations that honor the
human spirit along with the bottom line. We operate as a
"green" company and practice principles of social
responsibility.
We are seeking someone who enjoys the sales process and
loves being part of a forward-thinking organization. In this
position, your main goal will be to find new sales
opportunities, qualify leads, make outbound sales calls, set
up appointments and participate in client meetings. You will
be supported with strong marketing initiatives, sales
training/coaching and an extensive client list including
Abbott Labs, Adobe, Bank of America, Bayer, Chordiant,
Fujitsu, Scientific Atlanta, Siemens and Stanford.
Specifics
Research target companies, identify
prospects, contact and qualify
Schedule qualified face-to-face
appointments in the Bay Area and nationally
with high-tech, biotech, financial services
and/or socially responsible companies
Develop sales presentations to deliver
jointly with Work with Ease's Principal
Manage the sales automation database
Advise and make recommendations for
sales collateral
Support marketing initiatives through
brainstorming including email campaigns,
conference calls and Webinar series
Attend leadership, management and
cross-cultural trainings as necessary
Demonstrate focus, persistence and
passion for sales to overcome obstacles and
achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications

This position is part-time and virtual (you can work
remotely from your home office) although occasional meetings
in Auckland, San Francisco or Marin will be necessary along
with client meetings so it would be best to be located in
the Bay Area initially.
